Low Back Exercises
Do not do these exercises without consulting a medical professional if you have a
pre existing low back condition
Do not do these exercises if they are painful. Consult with your Chiropractor
Knee to Chest,
Supine Twist.
First and second stretch Gently at first then;
hold third stretch for three seconds
Side Bends. Standing reaching up and over head.
Twisting. Standing. start with arms low then raise up into punching movement.

A.M. & P.M. 3 times each exercise (gently at first then more vigorously):
These following exercises should be done ideally when warmed up after other exercise.
Walking is an underestimated exercise a brisk walk three times a week fo 20 minutes or
more is ideal.
